just found out that if use halogen oven to grill pork chop it will have the Chinese barbecue pork (cha siu) taste and texture ! guess next time I might just stick to cooking chicken thigh in halogen oven! barbecue pork not my favorite.

ps: I only used oyster sauce sugar and soy sauce for marination did not specifically imitate the Chinese cha siu at all !
