只不過要預先煮糙米係有點麻煩,但口感唔錯+保濕度應該好D,加埋雞蛋也有大幫助!

個人認為用核桃會比腰果好味D!下次再試!

Brown Rice with Mixed Nuts Bread
Super moist & chewy, the unique texture is unforgettable !

>>> Recipe:

Water + 1 medium size egg x 130 g total
Brown Sugar x 25 g
Salt x 3 g
Cooked Brown Rice x 70g (do not cook it too soft, otherwise the bread will become soggy & wet)
High Protein Bread Flour x 220 g
Instant Yeast x 1 tsp
Unsalted Butter x 20 g (add to bread machine after the dough forms)
Mixed Nuts x 60g (more or less up to you, add when the bread machine beeps to keep it chunky)

Basically, add everything to the bread machine (following the recommended sequence of your machine) and use the basic toast function would do. Before baking, you may take it out and dust some flour on top for decoration 🙂
