Thanks to Facebook, I found this really good recipe.

Have looked at different versions, and this remains the easiest and tested to taste really good too.

Outback Bread (黑糖蜜包)

高粉200g
粿麥粉100g (又叫黑麥粉 – RYE FLOUR)
黑麥芽精5g
無糖朱古力粉5g
Molasses 糖蜜32g
牛油20g
黑糖42g
鹽2.5g
水160-185ml (175 ml is better, 180ml a bit too much)
酵母4g
老麵50g
面裝飾:玉米粉(cornmeal) (隨意可省) **我只用了以上一半份量做了6個包, 每個約50g, 焗爐180度, 焗13-15分鐘

I sometimes just make it using bread machine mode based on 750 g wheat loaf, simple and good. (even tho 750g sometimes feel a little over but i like to rise longer for the softeness).
