I followed the recipe from martha stewart, it’s the only one that doesn’t require cream, yogurt, cheese, buttermilk, etc etc. I love the fact that its ingredients are simple, but I didn’t follow the complete instructions, in fact I just put everything into the blender and as usual, less butter less sugar.

It’s not 100 successful, as some of the batter seems just won’t cooked, not sure why, maybe I added too much lemon juice.
