Bought too much Okra, and it’s difficult to consume all of them quickly…

Making it crispy okra works ! It’s without the Okra slimy thing, and we consume it in minutes.

We didn’t seasoned it at all this time… and cutting it in halves is a bit difficult to handle, because the pointy edges got burned before the middle part dried up. So the second time I slice it and it works perfect ! 



Bake: 200 C for 10 -15 minutes, (put on top rack closest to the heating tubes works the best), if necessary, continue around 160 C until fully dried up and browned / crispy (optional).

** No need to grease with oil or anything, just parchment paper !
