relative told me can cook milk with 花膠, tried it, but i think i put too much 花膠 the first time, it became a bit too sticy. and I used 南棗 instead of 紅棗 so it wasn’t sweet and I had to add some sugar to sweetened it. next time i’ll try again with those big 紅棗, easier to remove seed, and maybe try with apple too for the sweet flavor.


haha so smart, now i can drink soup in office. 🙂 have a mini tiger thermal cup.
