first time making lemon cheese cake thanks for the recipe from my friend, he is a cheese cake expert. haha.

so i made 1 big + 2 smaller ones, and the smaller ones guess i took it out of the oven a bit too early, not “burned” enough and ended up looks a bit like egg tart / lemon tart, just not like a cheese cake yet.


and this is the bigger one that I kept in oven for a bit longer, and the color came out a bit closer to “brownish top”, this i’m saving until Sunday for dessert after family dinner, hehe.


when i flipped the cake one thing amused me was the cake base with digestive cookies, actually it looks like cork board, just like those we got from ikea, keke :p just something silly!
